Kevin Fruge is DrillBit's lead arm care coach and a certified NPA coach.
He leads the 30-minute arm care clinic every DrillBit team gets once a week, before or after practice, with assistant arm care coach Robby Bruner. DrillBit covers the cost. Kevin also coaches pitching in DrillBit Player Development.
Coach Kevin Frugé has coached teams from T-ball to high school. He is a former Little League President. His specialty is pitching, and he is proud to be a certified coach for Tom House Sports, National Pitching. He has traveled throughout the states and the Dominican working with players to improve their skills in mechanics, functional strength, nutrition and mentality. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with wife and 5 children.
