Arm care

We don't throw to warm up. We warm up to throw.

Every DrillBit team gets a 30-minute arm care clinic once a week, before or after practice, with Kevin Fruge and Robby Bruner. DrillBit pays for it.

PTX Athletic Development

Not another baseball practice.

A strength and agility program for high school and collegiate athletes, developed and led by Bo Bohannon. Strength, speed, power, mobility and conditioning.

Not the same as PTX Reserves: PTX Reserves is DrillBit's high school team program. PTX stands for Pinehurst, Texas.
